SG Delivery is built for local retail stores and local online sellers. SG Delivery leverages the power of our national delivery network to offer you same-day delivery options for your customers. Using SG Delivery as your same-day delivery option is simple and completely free to you.

SG Delivery operates with 200,00+ active drivers in over 20,000 US Zip Codes. We reach 95% of all US households. All retailers and resellers in our service areas are eligible to partner with SG Delivery for their same day delivery needs.

Currently, SG Delivery is 100% free to you. We charge the recipient a flat fee of $15 which includes the guarantee of the order being delivered within 2 hours of their order* being placed. All orders include insurance up to $500 and $5 per $500 of additional insurance coverage.

All orders are based on your physical location (I.E. Retail store front, warehouse where inventory is store, etc.). All orders originating from this particular address includes a up to 15 mile radius delivery coverage. Anything outside of this radius will not be eligible for same-day delivery with SG Delivery. Feel free to contact support before scheduling a pickup or delivery.

SG Delivery works for pickups or delivery needs within 30 minutes or can scheduled up to 30 days in advance. For bigger order that include bigger or multiple large boxes may need to be scheduled up to an hour in advance.

SG Delivery is designed primarily for sneaker and smaller retail item deliveries. Currently, the max amount of sneaker boxes we can include in a single order is 10. Should you need more, we can easily accommodate. Simply contact support and they will get you setup.

Preparing your orders for pickup with SG is simple. Once you schedule the time for delivery, we charge your card on file the $15 flat delivery fee (remember to bill your customer at checkout on your end for the same-day option). Feel free to snap a few photos of the items on your phone for record. We will do the same once we arrive to pickup the items. After the request is received, our couriers arrive to pickup the items for delivery. All orders include insurance and are treated with top notch care. Once the order is delivered, you will be able to see delivery confirmation via your SG Delivery account portal. All orders that in which the recipient is not present will result in the items being returned to the original pickup location. An additional $15 "missed delivery" fee may be applied to your account.

All of your delivery information can be found within your SG account portal. You can also schedule new orders, add preferred pickup address, payment method and more. At the time of delivery, customers receiving the delivery will be able to track their delivery in real time.
